Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -48 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer a 12-month lease term.

We encourage residents to pay rent online through the resident portal. However, we also accept payments via check if dropped off at the office or mailed.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, contact PG&E for electricity and gas. Water, trash, and sewer are billed through Conservice, and payments are due with your rent on the 1st of each month. No setup is required for water, trash, or sewer.

You can use Comcast/Xfinity for both internet and cable services.

Our property offers a range of amenities, including a pool, spa, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, playground, and Parcel Pending for secure package delivery.

Yes, each unit comes with one covered parking spot at no additional charge.

Yes, each unit comes with its own full sized in-unit washer and dryer.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly, and we have a dog park on-site for your convenience.

Location

Our community is unique due to its prime location and modern, new construction. The apartments offer a variety of high-end features, including in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, and sleek quartz countertops. Select units also have vinyl flooring throughout (except in bedrooms), soft-close cabinets, Honeywell smart thermostats, and wall-mounted TV outlets. The spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath units provide ample living space, complemented by ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort.

We are located in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.

The nearest grocery store is Raley's, about 1 mile away. Safeway is 2 miles away, and Solano Mall is approximately 5 miles from the property.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.

For maintenance issues, please contact the office at (707) 358-8224. If it's an emergency, Yardi will notify us, and we will reach you on our cell phone.

You only need to be present if you specifically request to be. Otherwise, the service technician can perform the work without your presence.
